Unconfined Creativity while Disrupting the Norm
As a senior associate, I worked on a training newsletter series. It was called "Ops Training Newsletter," later rebranded as "C&D: Elevate Learning" by me.
The task was to craft a monthly newsletter for the Operations Department (now Content & Data), based on past training sessions given to the department.
At first, it was very challenging, but as time went by, I gained confidence in my ability to design and create engaging content.

The concept of the first newsletter was "the calm before the storm." Summer Fridays, although fun, can also be tedious. Satisficing was chosen to provide helpful tips to help colleagues, slowly adjust to Summer Fridays.
I was not very confident in the May 2024 design, and it wasn't until August 2024 that I began experimenting outside of my comfort zone.

Despite being a one-page newsletter, I wanted them to feel like a special learning scoop. I wanted my colleagues to be motivated to read the newsletter and expand their skills. My efforts in each newsletter led to a collaboration with the communication enablement team for a quarterly newsletter, which would be distributed to the entire company.
In 2025, my department underwent a rebranding process. By this time, I was officially in charge of creating and distributing the newsletter. The rebranding and content strategy transformed the newsletter into an essential resource, leading to a collaboration with the company-wide communication enablement teamElevate Learning came from the main goal I always had when crafting each newsletter. To elevate the content so that my colleagues would find it interesting. The new Content and Data department also required the newsletter to have a new name. However, I took the branding a step further by also giving it a new look to accompany the new name.

To preserve privacy, some of the company's information, including links, logos, and employee details, has been removed.
All designs, including those after the rebranding, are linked on the button below
Creativity is my driving force, regardless of the setting. I refer to all my work as Creatives because every task, from concept development to system documentation, is approached with a strategic design mind and a focus on transformational ideation.
As mentioned earlier, I bring a creative approach to all my work, including how I present my case studies. I can add images, and presentation decks can help in the process of conveying information more effectively.
I aimed to challenge myself as part of my creative breakthrough. I've opted to remake some of the original newsletters I authored during my time in the Content & Data department.
Below is a file a couple of themed newsletter recreations!
